"城归"返乡创业促进农村三产融合的路径匹配OA

With the continuous advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,urban-to-rural returnee entrepreneurship has become a key driver in promoting the integrated development of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas.Building upon a summary of models and implementation pathways for rural industrial integration,this study constructs an"elements-capabilities-models"analytical frame-work to explore the alignment between returnee entrepreneurship and the pathways of rural three-sector integration.Furthermore,from the perspective of new quality productive forces in agriculture,it examines the underlying mechanisms through which returnee entrepreneurship facilitates rural industrial conver-gence.The research reveals that rural three-sector integration encompasses five models:intra-industry crossover,industrial chain extension,multifunctional expansion,agglomeration of agricultural industries,and penetration of advanced technologies.It follows two major integration pathways:a vertical integration path comprising"intra-industry crossover-industrial chain extension-agglomeration of agricultural in-dustries,"and a horizontal integration path consisting of"intra-industry crossover-multifunctional ex-pansion-agglomeration of agricultural industries."According to the"elements-capabilities-models"analytical framework,returnee entrepreneurship exhibits four distinct models:dual-need exploration type,opportunity-driven type,resource-driven type,and dual-engine driven type.In conjunction with entrepreneurial stage theory,the pathways of returnee entrepreneurship can achieve full alignment with those of rural three-sector integration.New quality productive forces in agriculture play a significant role in enhancing the contribution of returnee entrepreneurship to rural industrial integration,operating through these two aligned pathways.To this end,it is essential to implement supportive policies for return migration and entrepreneurship,thereby strengthening returnees' initiative in advancing rural three-sec-tor integration.Efforts should also focus on enhancing the entrepreneurial capabilities of returnees to en-sure rational alignment between entrepreneurial pathways and integration pathways.Moreover,targeted initiatives should be developed around the potential pathways through which returnee entrepreneurship promotes rural industrial integration,fostering the cultivation of new quality productive forces in agricul-ture.
