黄帝内针联合放射式冲击波治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床观察OA

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangdi Nei Zhen combined with shock wave therapy in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome(TLTPS).Methods Seventy patients with TLTPS admitted to Luoyang Zhenggu Hospital in Henan Province from April 2023 to March 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group,using a random number table.Both groups underwent shock wave therapy,while the control group re-ceived conventional acupuncture treatment and the treatment group received Huangdi Nei Zhen therapy.After 2 weeks of treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)scores,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)and Oswe-stry Disability Index(ODI)scores,clinical efficacy,and the occurrence of adverse reactions(dizziness,palpi-tations,nausea,vomiting,skin allergy,etc)were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment and a 2months follow-up,the VAS,JOA,and ODI scores of both groups were significantly improved compared to those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores of the treatment group at the same time points af-ter treatment were superior to those of the control group(P＜0.05).Analysis of variance using a repeated meas-ures design showed that the time effect was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the interaction effect be-tween time and treatment was also statistically significant(P＜0.05).After a 2-month follow-up,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.14％(34/35),which was higher than that in the control group[77.14％(27/35)(P＜0.05)],and the cure rate in the treatment group was 51.43％(18/35),significantly higher than that in the control group[5.71％(2/35)(P＜0.05)].There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of Huangdi Nei Zhen combined with radial shock wave therapy for the treatment of TLTPS improves clinical efficacy by reducing pain,improving lumbar function,and enhancing patients' daily activity ability.The clinical cure rate is high,and the efficacy becomes more significant with prolonged observation time,while the safety is good.
