A Six-switch Photovoltaic Inverter with Low Leakage Current

为了消除单相非隔离型光伏逆变器的漏电流,提出了一种低漏电流六开关光伏逆变器拓扑.该拓扑由一个倍压电路、一个共地型三电平逆变电路和一个LC输出滤波电路构成.倍压电路有效提高了直流侧电压的利用率.此外,通过对逆变器直流侧和交流侧的共地处理,可以完全消除漏电流.针对提出的新型单相非隔离光伏逆变器,通过对电路拓扑工作模态的分析,给出了一种与之相适应的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)方案以及飞跨电容的选取方法.设计了一台输出功率为100 W的原理样机,通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性.

To eliminate the leakage current of single-phase non-isolated photovoltaic inverter,a six-switch photovoltaic inverter topology with low leakage current was proposed.The topology consists of a voltage multiplier circuit,a common ground three-level inverter circuit and a LC output filter circuit.The combination of voltage multiplier circuit and three-level circuit effectively improves the utilization of DC-link voltage.In addition,the leakage current could be completely eliminated through the common ground treatment of the DC side and AC side of the inverter.For the proposed new single-phase non-isolated photovoltaic inverter,a new sine pulse width modulation(SPWM)scheme and a method for selecting flying capacitors were proposed by analyzing the operating modal of the circuit topology.A prototype with an output of 100 W was designed,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified by simulation and experiment.
