葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证疗效观察OA
Observation on the Efficacy of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction Combined with Azithromycin in Treating Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia with Phlegm-Heat Blocking the Lung Syndrome
目的:观察葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减联合阿奇霉素对痰热闭肺证儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床疗效.方法:回顾性研究2022年10月—2024年12月郑州市第一人民医院接受葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗的MPP患儿52例为联合组,采用倾向性匹配评分法选取仅接受阿奇霉素治疗的MPP患儿52例为对照组.治疗7 d后,比较两组患儿临床疗效,肺功能[第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC],炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平.结果:治疗后,联合组临床总有效率为96.15％(42/52),高于对照组的82.69％(43/52)(P＜0.05);两组患儿FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC较治疗前均升高(P＜0.05),且联合组均高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组患儿IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平较治疗前均降低(P＜0.05),且联合组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗痰热闭肺证MPP,可通过改善肺功能,降低炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with azithromy-cin in the treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia(MPP)in children with phlegm-heat blocking the lung syndrome.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 52 children with MPP who received Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with azithromycin treatment at Zhengzhou First People's Hospital from October 2022 to December 2024.Propensity matching scoring method was used to select 52 children with MPP who only received azithromycin treatment as the control group.After 7 days of treatment,the two groupswere compared in terms of clinical efficacy,lung function[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC],and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),C-reac-tive protein(CRP)]levels.Results:After treatment,the total clinical efficacy rate in the combined group was 96.15％(42/52),which was higher than that in the control group[82.69％(43/52)](P＜0.05).Both groups showed increased FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC compared to pretreatment(P＜0.05),and the combined group had higher values than the control group(P＜0.05).Both groups showed decreased levels of IL-6,IL-8 and CRP compared to pretreatment(P＜0.05),and the combined group had lower levels than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction and azithromycin in the treat-ment of MPP with phlegm-heat blocking the lung syndrome can improve clinical efficacy by improving lung function and reducing inflammatory factor levels.
