吞咽十针快针疗法联合吞咽治疗仪治疗假性球麻痹吞咽障碍临床观察OA

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Swallowing ten-needle rapid acupuncture therapy com-bined with swallowing therapy device in the treatment of pseudobulbar paralysis dysphagia.Methods:Sixty pa-tients with pseudobulbar paralysis dysphagia admitted to Anyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Au-gust 2023 to August 2024 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group,according to random number table method.The control group was treated with a swallowing therapy device,while the observation group received additional swallowing ten-needle rapid acu-puncture therapy based on the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of swallowing function scores[Watashita Water Swallowing Test(WST),Swallowing Scale Assessment(SSA),Swallowing Quality of Life Assessment(SWAL-QOL)],the clinical efficacy,neurological function(NIHSS)scores,and feeding ability(FOIS)scores,and safety indicators(local infection,hematoma,pneumothorax,etc).Results:After treatment,the WST and SSA scores in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05),while the SWAL-QOL score was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The to-tal effective rate in the observation group was 100.00％(30/30),which was higher than that in the control group[93.33％(28/30)](P＜0.05).The NIHSS and FOIS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Neither group experienced adverse reactions such as local infection,he-matoma,or traumatic pneumothorax during treatment.Conclusion:The combination of swallowing therapy device and swallowing ten-needle rapid acupuncture therapy can effectively improve swallowing function,promote neu-rological recovery,and enhance quality of life in patients with pseudobulbar paralysis dysphagia.
