冯世纶辨治厥阴病心衰喘肿思路探析OA

The syndrome of heart failure with dyspnea and edema falls under the categories of"Xin Shui"and"Zhi Yin"in traditional Chinese medicine,with the core pathogenesis attributed to Jueyin disease.Based on the theoretical system of"six meridians-eight principles-prescription and syndrome"established by HU Xishu and FENG Shilun,it is believed that the location of Jueyin disease with heart failure and dyspnea and edema is semi-exterior and semi-interior,the nature of the disease is yin syndrome,and the pathogenesis involves dysfunc-tion of activity of the triple energizer,fluid retention combined with blood stasis,upper heat and lower cold.Clinically,the key points of the prescription and syndrome correspond to"dyspnea preventing sleep,edema,thirst,limb coldness,a deep and tight pulse."The main prescriptions correspond to Mufangji Decoction and Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction.Through verified cases,the accuracy of"prescription-syndrome correspon-dence"is validated,emphasizing the principle of"using the appropriate prescription for the appropriate syn-drome"and dynamically adjusting the prescription,highlighting the clinical value of the classical prescription system in treating severe endogenous damage.
