基于知识图谱的数控滚齿加工工艺方案的决策方法OA
Decision-making method for CNC gear hobbing process based on knowledge graphs
对于数控(computer numerical control,CNC)滚齿加工的工艺设计,传统的决策方法依赖于工艺人员的经验和知识,缺少对工艺知识的有效组织和管理,导致在工艺方案制订中难以实现知识的共享和重用.本文提出了一种基于知识图谱的数控滚齿加工工艺方案决策方法,设计了滚齿加工中规则类、实例类和资源类知识的表征方法及计算机描述方法,在此基础上构建了完整的数控滚齿加工工艺知识图谱,并基于知识图谱实现了加工工艺方案的快速、高质量智能决策.滚齿工艺设计实例验证了方法的有效性.
For the process design of computer numerical control(CNC)gear hobbing,the traditional decision-making methods rely on the experience and knowledge of process technicians,lacking effective organization and manage-ment of process knowledge,which makes it difficult to achieve knowledge sharing and reuse in the formulation of process schemes.This paper proposes a decision-making method for CNC gear hobbing process schemes based on knowledge graphs.The representation methods and computer description methods of rule-based,instance-based and resource-based knowledge in gear hobbing are designed.On this basis,a complete knowledge graph of CNC gear hobbing process is constructed.Using this graph rapid and high-quality intelligent decision-making of processing schemes is achiered.The example of gear hobbing process design verifies the effectiveness of the method.
