一种应对超强台风的电网在线预防控制方法OA
An Online Preventive Control Method for Power Grids to Cope with Super Typhoon
近年来,全球范围内台风灾害频发,对电力系统安全稳定运行构成严重威胁.超强台风过境时将引发大量电力线路故障跳闸,使电网的网架结构完整性遭到严重破坏,直接导致大量用户停电,同时引发系统潮流转移,显著增加连锁开断风险,导致灾害损失进一步扩大.为降低超强台风引起的灾害损失,分析了 2024年"摩羯"台风过境海南期间的电网运行统计特征,提出一种应对超强台风的电网在线预防控制方法,在考虑电网N-1安全约束的基础上,引入目标约束,针对台风核心影响区域内电厂送出线路,评估其N-2安全性,构建应对超强台风的在线预防控制模型,通过周期性在线优化调整机组出力、切机和切负荷,消除设备过载,并降低预想故障连锁开断风险,减轻超强台风引起的灾害损失.采用所提方法对2024年"摩羯"台风过境海南期间的电网数据进行仿真,结果验证了方法的有效性.
In recent years,typhoon disasters have occurred frequently worldwide,posing a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of power systems.When a super typhoon passes through,it can cause a large number of power line faults and trips,severely damaging the structural integrity of the power grid and directly leading to widespread power outages.In addition,it can trigger system power flow shifts,significantly increasing the risk of cascading interruption and further aggravating disaster losses.To reduce such losses caused by super typhoons,this paper analyzes the operational statistics of the power grid during the passage of typhoon Yagi over Hainan in 2024 and proposes an online preventive control method to cope with super typhoons.Considering the N-1 security constraints of the power grid,the objective constraints are introduces to ensure N-2 transmission line security for power plants within the core typhoon-affected area.An online preventive control model for coping with super typhoon is constructed to optimize and adjust generator output,tripping and load shedding so as to eliminate equipment overloads and reduce the risk of cascading outages from contingencies,thereby mitigating disaster losses caused by super typhoons.The proposed method is used for simulation on Hainan power grid real data during typhoon Yagi in 2024.The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
