产学研用"四主体一联合"在航空航天人才培养中的研究与实践OA

党的十八大以来,党中央提出加快建设创新型国家的战略任务,为我国航空航天领域创新人才培养带来新的挑战."产教融合、校企合作协同育人"的人才培养机制,在培养航空航天领域拔尖高素质创新人才,推动科技成果转化,以及促进校企合作实现双方共赢等方面具有重要的研究和应用价值.该文深入分析现行产学研培养模式存在的问题,阐述航空航天人才产学研用"四主体一联合"培养模式的实践与成果,以探寻更加符合产业和国家发展战略需求的航空航天人才培养新模式.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has put forward the strategic task of accelerating the construction of an innovative country,which has brought new challenges to the training of innovative talents in China's aerospace field.The talent training model of"industry-teaching integration and university-enterprise cooperation for collaborative education"has important research and application value in cultivating top-notch and high-quality innovative talents in the field of aerospace,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological fruits,as well as facilitating the cooperation between universities and enterprises to realize win-win situation for both sides.Thisarticle deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current industry-university-research training model and describes the practice and achievements of the"four subjects and one union"training model for aerospace talents,in order to explore a new aerospace talent training model that is more in line with the needs of industry and national development strategy.
