新工科背景下动车组技术专业课程教学改革探讨OA

课程教学是高校人才培养的第一环节,课程教学改革则是高校人才培养质量的重要支撑.为有效促进新时代高校人才的创新发展、响应国家战略需求,与时俱进推动高等教育教学改革至关重要.该文以高等院校本科生专业课程动车组技术为例,针对传统教学模式单一枯燥、学生参与度不足等问题,从教学内容、实践环节和课堂模式三方面入手,建立面向新工科专业人才建设要求的新型教学模式.通过丰富教学内容、以研促教,充分利用实验平台资源、强化实践能力培养,开展翻转课堂、鼓励团队合作等方法,让课本上的知识活起来,有效提高课堂效率,为我国轨道交通行业培养创新思维强、实践能力强、学习能力强和团队意识好的"三强一好"高素质本科生.

Course teaching is the first link in talent cultivation in universities,and course teaching reform is an important support for the quality of talent cultivation in universities.To effectively support the innovative development of talents in universities in the new era and respond to the national strategic needs,it is crucial to keep pace with the times to promote higher education teaching reform.This work takes the undergraduate specialized course of"EMU Technology"in colleges and universities as an example to address the problems of traditional teaching mode being monotonous with low student participation and establish a new teaching mode that meets the requirements of talent development for emerging engineering education from three aspects:teaching content,practical activities,and classroom modes.By enriching teaching content and promoting teaching through research,fully utilizing experimental platform resources and strengthening the cultivation of practical abilities,and carrying out flipped classroom and encouraging teamwork,the textbook knowledge is brought to life,and the classroom efficiency is highly improved.This work will help to cultivate high-quality undergraduate students with strong innovative thinking,practical ability,learning ability,and good teamwork awareness for China's rail traffic industry.
