石河子大学科技小院产学研联合研究生培养模式探索OA
在全面推进乡村振兴、加快实现农业农村现代化的新时代背景下,专业学位研究生教育面临"高层次应用型人才供给不足"与"产业一线真问题破解能力不强"的双重挑战.石河子大学作为"以兵团精神育人、为维稳戍边服务"的国家"双一流"建设高校,把培养"下得去、留得住、用得好"的高层次应用型人才作为研究生教育的核心目标.该文以全国科技小院发展态势为参照,立足学校办学定位、育人理念和区域需求,聚焦专业学位研究生培养质量提升,提出"知识能力构建—专业实践与课题研究—理论总结与论文答辩"三阶段递进式培养模型,并以科教融汇、产教融合"双融合"为主线,优化课程教学体系、专业实践体系、全过程培养体系与质量保障评价体系,系统构建"1 个目标、2 条路径、3 个阶段、4 大体系"的产学研联合研究生培养模式,可使研究生实践创新能力、留疆就业率、产业服务贡献度显著提升,研究形成了可复制、可推广的"石大方案",为新时代我国边疆高校专业学位研究生教育改革提供范式.
In the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,professional degree graduate education faces dual challenges:"insufficient supply of high-level applied talents"and"weak capacity to solve real-world problems in industrial settings".As a national"Double First-Class"university guided by the principle of"educating with the Spirit of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and serving stability maintenance and border defense",Shihezi University has made cultivating high-level applied talents who"can work at the grassroots,stay committed,and perform effectively"the core goal of its graduate education.This paper,referencing the development trends of Science and Technology Backyardsnationwide and based on the university's educational positioning,philosophy,and regional needs,focuses on improving the quality of professional degree graduate training.The study proposes a three-phase progressive training model:"knowledge and capacity building-professional practice and research-theoretical summarization and thesis defense".Centered on the"dual integration"of science-education collaboration and industry-education integration,the model optimizes the curriculum system,professional practice system,whole-process training system,and quality assurance evaluation system.This systematically constructs an industry-university-research joint graduate training model characterized by"1 objective,2 paths,3 phases,and 4 systems",which significantly enhances graduates'practical innovation capabilities,retention rates in Xinjiang,and contributions to industrial services.The study forms a replicable and scalable"Shihezi University Solution",providing a paradigm for reforming professional degree graduate education in frontier universities in the new era.
