国际化科教融合育人体系研究与实践OA

该文针对全球光电技术飞速发展背景下,中国光电产业面临高端芯片依赖进口、亟需突破"卡脖子"技术的现状,聚焦于光电信息科学与工程专业前沿性、交叉性与实践性的学科特点,深入剖析当前人才培养中国际化不足、科教分离、创新能力薄弱及产教脱节等核心问题.研究旨在构建并实践一个以全球胜任力、跨文化交际能力和国际视野为核心,深度融合科研与教学、贯通国内与国际的育人新体系.通过设计涵盖学科建设、科教融合、国际合作平台的多维度框架,提出课程体系国际化、师资队伍国际化、学生国际流动、科研反哺教学等路径.该体系有效促进学生创新实践能力与全球竞争力的提升,为同类高校光电专业教学改革提供可借鉴的范式,并为服务国家战略性新兴产业发展输送高素质人才.

In the context of the rapid global development of optoelectronic technology,China's optoelectronic industry faces challenges such as reliance on imported high-end chips and an urgent need to overcome"bottleneck"technologies.This study focuses on the forward-looking,interdisciplinary,and practical characteristics of the program of optoelectronic information science and engineering.It thoroughly examines current issues in talent cultivation,including insufficient internationalization,the separation of scientific research and teaching,weak innovative capabilities,and a disconnection between industry and education.The research aims to construct and implement a new education system that integrates global competence,cross-cultural communication skills,and an international perspective,deeply merging scientific research with teaching and bridging domestic and international resources.By designing a multidimensional framework encompassing disciplinary development,integration of research and education,and international cooperation platforms,pathways such as internationalizing the curriculum system,enhancing faculty internationalization,promoting student international mobility,and incorporating research into teaching are proposed.This system effectively enhances students'innovative practical abilities and global competitiveness,providing a replicable model for teaching reform in similar optoelectronics programs and supplying high-quality talent to support the development of national strategic emerging industries.
