"四新"建设与食品专业生物化学课程思政的融合探索OA

The"four new"construction,namely new engineering,new medical science,new agricultural science and new liberal arts,is an important measure to comprehensively revitalize undergraduate education in the new era and build a"quality China"in higher education.The construction of"Four new"also puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of food professionals,and the curriculum ideology and politics of major courses is an important guarantee to achieve the goal of the"four new"construction.Biochemistry is a basic course of food major,and the construction and reformation of the curriculum ideology and politics of Biochemistry is important for the innovation of talent cultivation mode.Based on the requirements of"Four new"construction,this paper analyzed the characteristics of Biochemistry,reconstructedits curriculum objectives and contents,combed out the curriculum ideological and political elements,and explored the integration path of"Four new"construction and Biochemistry course ideology and politics with teaching case practice.This study will put forward new thoughts for the curriculum construction and talent cultivation of food major.
