叶面喷施微量元素对生姜生理特性及姜辣素积累的影响OA
Effects of foliar application of trace elements on physiological characteristics and gingerols accumulation in ginger
[目的]探讨叶面喷施不同种类及浓度的微量元素对生姜生理代谢及品质形成的影响,为生姜优质高产栽培中微量元素的合理施用提供理论依据.[方法]通过设置不同浓度的钼酸钠、硼酸钠和硫酸锰溶液进行叶面喷施处理,分析生姜叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、抗氧化酶活性以及根茎中姜黄素和姜辣素含量的变化.[结果]适宜浓度的微量元素可有效促进生姜叶片光合物质合成,0.3%的钼酸钠、硼酸钠、硫酸锰处理均显著提高叶绿素含量;可溶性蛋白与可溶性糖的最佳积累浓度则因微量元素种类而异.三种微量元素对叶片抗氧化酶活性具显著调控作用,0.1%处理均显著提升过氧化物酶(POD)活性,而各处理均抑制过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性.三种微量元素均抑制姜黄素积累,但显著促进姜辣素合成,其中0.3%钼酸钠、0.3%硼酸钠与0.2%硫酸锰处理对姜辣素的促进效应最为显著.[结论]叶面喷施钼酸钠、硼酸钠和硫酸锰能有效调控生姜的生理代谢,并通过影响光合作用、渗透调节物质及抗氧化系统,最终促进生姜关键风味物质姜辣素的合成.
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effects of foliar application of different types and concentrations of trace elements on the physiological metabolism and quality formation of ginger,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the rational application of trace elements in high-quality and high-yield ginger cultivation.[Method]Foliar sprays of sodium molybdate,sodium tetraborate,and manganese sulfate solutions at different concentrations were applied.Changes in chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,antioxidant enzyme activities in ginger leaves,as well as the contents of curcumin and gingerols in the rhizomes were analyzed.[Result]The results showed that appropriate concentrations of trace elements effectively promoted the synthesis of photosynthetic substances in ginger leaves.Treatments with 0.3%molybdenum(Mo),boron(B),and manganese(Mn)all significantly increased chlorophyll content.However,the optimal concentrations for the accumulation of soluble protein and soluble sugar varied depending on the element.The three trace elements significantly regulated the activities of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves.All 0.1%treatments significantly enhanced peroxidase(POD)activity,while all treatments inhibited catalase(CAT)activity.All three trace elements inhibited the accumulation of curcumin but significantly promoted the synthesis of gingerols.Among them,the treatments with 0.3%sodium molybdate,0.3%sodium tetraborate,and 0.2%manganese sulfate had the most significant promoting effects on gingerols content.[Conclusion]Foliar application of sodium molybdate,sodium tetraborate,and manganese sulfate can effectively regulate the physiological metabolism of ginger.By influencing photosynthesis,osmotic regulation substances,and the antioxidant system,these treatments ultimately promote the synthesis of gingerols,the key flavor compounds in ginger.
