本研贯通"一链双轮"育人机制的创新实践OA
Innovative Practice of the"One Chain,Dual Wheels"Talent Cultivation Mechanism for Integrated Undergraduate-Postgraduate Education
针对高等教育中本科与研究生培养衔接不畅、目标脱节、资源分散等结构性断层问题,本文以西北农林科技大学草业与草原学院"绿茵计划"为案例,创新性提出并实践了"一链双轮"育人模式.该模式以组织动员理论为传动链,构建党委统筹、家校联动、朋辈驱动的协同动员机制,激发学生从被动接受转向主动参与;以党建引领为方向轮,通过思想引领与资源整合,确保人才培养的政治方向与价值导向;以贯通培养为动力轮,实施学业—科创—生涯一体化设计,打破本研壁垒,实现课程贯通、导师联动、平台共享.研究表明,该模式有效提升了人才培养质量,显著体现在升学率持续超 70%、科研参与率提升 28%、创新成果产出及学生满意度95%等指标上,并涌现"学霸宿舍"集体升学等典型案例.模式通过"1244 学风建设"等机制深化了党建与专业教育融合,为摆脱本研贯通困境、构建中国特色高质量人才培养体系提供了可复制的理论框架与实践路径.研究同时指出需在科研连续性、长效评价及应对生成式人工智能挑战等方面持续优化.
In response to structural discontinuities in higher education—manifested in insufficient articu-lation between undergraduate and postgraduate education,misaligned cultivation objectives,and frag-mented educational resources—this study takes the"Green Meadow Initiative"of the College of Grass-land Science and Ecology at Northwest A&F University as a case study and proposes and implements an innovative"One Chain,Dual Wheels"talent cultivation mechanism.Grounded in organizational mobili-zation theory,the mechanism constructs a"transmission chain"through a collaborative mobilization system characterized by Party committee coordination,family-school linkage,and peer-driven engage-ment,thereby promoting students'transformation from passive recipients to active participants.Party building functions as the"direction wheel,"ensuring the political direction and value orientation of tal-ent cultivation through ideological guidance and strategic resource integration.Integrated cultivation serves as the"driving wheel"by implementing an integrated design encompassing academic learning,scientific research,and career development,thereby breaking down institutional barriers between under-graduate and postgraduate education and realizing curriculum continuity,mentor linkage,and platform sharing.Empirical evidence indicates that the mechanism has significantly enhanced the quality of talent cultivation,as reflected in sustained postgraduate progression rates exceeding 70%,a 28%increase in student participation in scientific research,increased innovation outputs,and student satisfaction reaching 95%,as well as the emergence of representative cases such as"scholar dormitories"achieving collec-tive postgraduate progression.Through mechanisms such as the"1244 Academic Culture Development Initiative,"the mechanism further deepens the integration of Party building with professional educa-tion,thereby providing a replicable theoretical framework and practical pathway for addressing challen-ges in integrated undergraduate-postgraduate education and for constructing a high-quality talent cultiva-tion system with Chinese characteristics.The study also highlights the need for continuous optimization in areas such as research continuity,long-term evaluation mechanisms,and responses to challenges posed by generative artificial intelligence.
