基于农机企业视角的农业高校高层次应用型工科人才培养:价值、问题与思路OA
Cultivating High-Level Applied Engineering Talents in Agricultural Universities from the Perspective of Agricultural Machinery Enterprises:Values,Challenges,and Pathways
将农业新质生产力发展需求与农业高校人才培养深度融合,是一体统筹推进教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的重要举措,培养符合新时代要求的高层次应用型工科人才是高等农业教育改革的重要方向.在"新农科""新工科"建设背景下,农业高校普遍更加重视工科专业的建设.但从实证角度梳理农机装备企业用人需求发现,当前农业高校在高层次应用型工科人才培养中普遍存在校企联系不紧密、学生科研训练不充分、基础技能培训缺乏和跨学科综合能力薄弱的问题.基于农机装备企业需求视角,在培养模式方面,构建"理实混合、虚实融合、产学结合"的工科专业人才培养模式,有效对接产业人才需求;在教学平台方面,构建项目驱动、竞赛引领的"四维融合"教学平台,有效提升工科专业学生实践创新能力;在培养质量评价体系方面,构建"多元主体、多维评价、持续改进"的工科专业人才培养质量评价体系,有效保障学生培养质量,为新时代农业高校高层次应用型工科人才培养提供借鉴与参考.
Deeply integrating the development needs of new-quality productive forces in agriculture with talent cultivation in agricultural universities constitutes a critical measure for advancing the coordi-nated development of education,science and technology,and talent development.Accordingly,cultiva-ting high-level applied engineering talents that meet the demands of the new era has become a central direction of reform in higher agricultural education.Against the backdrop of the"New Agricultural Sci-ences"and"New Engineering initiatives",agricultural universities have increasingly prioritized the de-velopment of engineering programs.However,empirical analysis of the employment demands of agri-cultural machinery and equipment enterprises reveals several prevalent shortcomings in the cultivation of high-level applied engineering talents in agricultural universities,including insufficient university-enter-prise collaboration,inadequate research-oriented training for students,insufficient foundational skills training,and limited interdisciplinary competence.From the perspective of agricultural machinery and e-quipment enterprises'demand,this study proposes an engineering talent cultivation model characterized by the"integration of theory and practice,virtual-real convergence,and industry-university collabora-tion,"thereby effectively aligning talent cultivation with industrial demand.In terms of teaching plat-forms,the study advocates the construction of a project-driven and competition-oriented"four-dimen-sional integrated"teaching platform to effectively enhance engineering students'practical innovation ca-pacity.With respect to quality assurance,the study proposes establishing a"multi-stakeholder,multi-di-mensional,and continuously improved"evaluation system to effectively safeguard the quality of engi-neering talent cultivation,thereby providing transferable experience and practical reference for the culti-vation of high-level applied engineering talents in agricultural universities in the new era.
