苹果园蓟马种类多样性及其优势种种群动态OA
Diversity of thrips species in apple orchard and population dynamics of the dominant species
[目的]了解云南省曲靖市会泽县苹果园蓟马的多样性及优势种的种群动态,为会泽苹果蓟马的综合防治提供参考依据.[方法]以曲靖市会泽县的苹果园为观测点,采用五点取样法对苹果园中的蓟马种类和数量进行系统调查,分析苹果园蓟马种类和季节多样性,确定蓟马优势种;后利用蓝色粘虫板和黄色粘虫板对苹果园内的蓟马优势种进行种群动态调查.[结果]在苹果园中共采集461头蓟马成虫,经形态学鉴定隶属2科4属9种,分别是西花蓟马(Frankliniella occidentalis)、花蓟马(F.intonsa)、黄蓟马(Thrips flavus)、黄胸蓟马(T.ha-waiiensis)、大蓟马(T.major)、棕榈蓟马(T.palmi)、烟蓟马(T.tabaci)、端大蓟马(Megalurothrips distalis)和华简管蓟马(Haplothrips chinenesis);其中西花蓟马209头,占采集蓟马总数的45.34%,属于优势种;蓟马季节多样性分析显示:夏季调查到的蓟马数量以及种类最多,物种分布均匀,群落结构稳定,且无明显优势种;而春季蓟马数量最少,种类居中,群落处于恢复状态,优势种控制力减弱;秋季蓟马数量居中,种类最少,优势种西花蓟马占主导地位,群落均匀度下降.西花蓟马的种群动态调查结果显示:西花蓟马在苹果园内发生高峰期是6月初和9月份.[结论]明确了会泽县苹果园蓟马种类9种,初步揭示了6月~11月蓟马在苹果园中的发生规律,为制定科学的综合防控体系提供基础信息,助力区域苹果产业高质量发展.
[Objective]To understand the diversity and population dynamics of thrips in apple orchards in Huize County,Qujing City,Yunnan Province,provides a basic information for the integrated management of thrips.[Method]In this study,a systematic survey of thrips species and quantities was conducted in the apple orchard of Huize County,using the five-point sampling method.The diversity of thrips species and seasonal variation in apple orchard was analyzed.Meanwhile,blue sticky traps and yellow sticky traps were used to monitor the population dynamics of dominant thrips species in the orchard.[Result]A total of 461 adult thrips were collected from the apple orchard,identified morphologically as belonging to 2 families,4 genera,and 9 species:Frankliniella occidentalis,F.intonsa,Thrips flavus,T.hawaiiensis,T.major,T.palmi,T.tabaci,Megalurothrips distalis,and Haplothrips chinensis.Among them,209 western flower thrips(Frankliniella occidentalis)were collected,accounting for 45.34%of the total,representing the dominant species.Seasonal diversity analysis indicated that in summer,the number and variety of thrips were highest,species distribution was even,community structure was stable,and no dominant species was observed.In spring,thrips numbers were lowest,species were moderate,the community was in a recovery stage,and the control effect of dominant species was weakened.In autumn,thrips numbers were moderate,species were fewest,and the dominant species,western flower thrips,prevailed,with decreased community evenness.Population dynamics monitoring showed that peaks of western flower thrips occurrence in the apple orchard were in early June and September.[Conclusion]Nine thrips species were identified in Huize County apple orchards,preliminarily revealing the occurrence patterns from June to November,providing basic information for the development of a scientific integrated management system and supporting high-quality development of the regional apple industry.
