新时代涉农高校深化耕读教育:特征、反思与路径OA
Deepening Farming-and-Reading Education in Agriculture-Related Universities in the New Era:Characteristics,Reflections,and Pathways
习近平总书记多次指出,耕读文明是软实力.涉农高校要以强农兴农为己任,以耕读教育为抓手,培养知农爱农新型农林人才.近年来耕读教育体现出目标更全面、教学手段更多样、资源内容更系统、教育管理更科学等特征.在此背景下,部分涉农高校在推进耕读教育过程中不同程度上存在着:只重"耕"不重"读"、耕读教育等同于学校教育、耕读教育等同于耕读课程立项、耕读教育不需要AI技术赋能等认识偏差和实践误区.新时代,涉农高校要树立"五育融通"特色耕读教育教学理念,建设"引育结合"专兼结合耕读教育师资队伍,强化"立体融汇"耕读教育资源建设,运用"AI+HI"赋能耕读教育教学,通过"思想浸润"弘扬传统耕读精神文化,促进新时代耕读教育提质增效.
General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized that farming-and-reading civilization constitutes a form of cultural soft power.Agriculture-related universities should take strengthening agri-culture and revitalizing rural development as their mission and regard farming-and-reading education as a key vehicle for cultivating a new generation of agricultural and forestry talents who understand agri-culture and love agriculture.In recent years,farming-and-reading education has demonstrated character-istics including more comprehensive educational objectives,more diversified instructional approaches,more systematic resource organization,and more scientifically oriented educational management.A-gainst this backdrop,some agriculture-related universities have exhibited varying degrees of conceptual deviations and practical misconceptions in advancing farming-and-reading education,including overem-phasizing"cultivation"while neglecting"reading,"conflating farming-and-reading education with general school education,equating it solely with curriculum project approval,and assuming that farm-ing-and-reading education does not require empowerment through artificial intelligence technologies.In the new era,agriculture-related universities should establish a distinctive farming-and-reading education philosophy characterized by the integrated advancement of the"five educations,"build a farming-and-reading education faculty team that combines full-time and part-time members through an"introduction-cultivation integration"approach,strengthen the construction of a"multi-dimensional integration"farming-and-reading education resource system,apply the"AI+HI"model to empower teaching prac-tices,and promote traditional farming-and-reading spiritual culture through"ideological immersion,"thereby enhancing the quality and effectiveness of farming-and-reading education.
