文章以新时代高等教育"立德树人"根本任务为导向,深度聚焦高校师德师风建设关键议题,采用多维度分析视角,系统探究其核心价值、现实境遇与实践路径.通过文献梳理与实证分析,精准剖析当前高校师德师风领域存在的教师职业认知偏差、制度执行断层、评价体系单一等问题,并依托高校协同治理、导学关系优化等典型案例,构建针对性解决框架.在实践策略层面,研究从三方面展开阐释:制度体系维度,强调精细化构建,涵盖师德规范差异化制定与动态化考核评价;教育培训维度,突出深度化与多元化,设计分层分类的情境化培训模块;监督机制维度,注重创新与高效,整合技术监测、多主体协同监督形成闭环.研究旨在为全方位提升高校教师队伍职业素养提供理论支撑,同时为破解高等教育内涵式发展瓶颈、推动教育质量升级提供切实可行的实践参照,助力高等教育事业迈向高质量发展新征程.

Guided by the fundamental task of"fostering virtue through education"in higher education in the new era,this study adopts a multi-dimensional analytical perspective to systematically examine the core values,current conditions,and practical pathways of teachers' ethics and professional conduct in universities.Through a combination of literature review and empirical analysis,the study identifies key challenges in current practice,including teachers'professional cognitive biases,gaps in institutional implementation,and single-dimensional evaluation systems.Based on typical cases such as collaborative governance in universities and the optimization of supervisor-student relationships,a targeted solution framework is constructed.At the level of practical implementation,the study elaborates on three interre-lated dimensions.At the institutional level,it emphasizes refined system construction,including the dif-ferentiated formulation of ethical standards and the establishment of dynamic assessment and evaluation mechanisms.At the education and training level,it highlights both depth and diversification by desig-ning hierarchical and categorized situational training modules across differentiated faculty groups.At the supervision level,it underscores innovation and efficiency by integrating technological monitoring with multi-stakeholder collaborative supervision to form a closed-loop governance mechanism.This study aims to provide theoretical support for comprehensively enhancing the professional ethics and conduct of university teachers,while offering practical and actionable references for overcoming bottlenecks in the connotative and quality-oriented development of higher education and promoting sustained improve-ments in educational quality.
