为了监测发电机定子绕组槽口附近的局部放电超声信号,提升绝缘体系状态评估能力,开发了一种可布置在绕组端部槽口的植入式高灵敏度PMN-PT压电薄膜传感器,并验证了该传感器的有效性.首先,采用溶胶凝胶法制备PMN-PT薄膜,并结合电极结构设计和声阻抗匹配材料优化了传感器性能.其次,通过针尖脉冲放电实验和聚乙烯板声发射断铅实验验证了该传感器具有较强的抗干扰能力、高灵敏度和良好的频响特性.最后,在真型定子绕组线棒上制造人工缺陷验证了 PMN-PT压电薄膜传感器在放电监测上的有效性.实验结果表明,针对诱发的视在放电量为3 746 pC的局部放电事件,设计的PMN-PT传感器可检测到的最大输出电压为0.4 V,其灵敏度相比传统陶瓷传感器提高了约1.74倍,频率响应范围扩展至400 kHz.该文研究为发电机在线监测技术提供了一种创新的解决方案,不仅显著提升了绝缘状态的实时监测能力,也为电力设备的安全运行奠定了基础,具有重要的应用前景.

To monitor partial discharge ultrasonic signals near the stator winding slot of a generator and improve the in-sulation system state assessment capability,an implantable and highly sensitive PMN-PT piezoelectric thin-film sensor is developed for deployment at the end-winding slot.The effectiveness of this sensor is also validated.First,the PMN-PT thin film is fabricated using the sol-gel method,and the sensor performance is optimized through electrode structure de-sign and acoustic impedance matching materials.Second,the sensor's strong anti-interference capability,high sensitivity,and excellent frequency response characteristics are validated through needle-tip-pulse discharge experiment and acoustic emission lead-breakage experiment on the polyethylene plate.Finally,an artificial defect is created on the prototype stator winding bar to verify the effectiveness of PMN-PT piezoelectric thin-film sensor in discharge monitoring.The experi-mental results show that,for the partial discharge event with an apparent discharge of 3 746 pC,the designed PMN-PT sensor can detect a maximum output voltage of 0.4 V,its sensitivity is about 1.74 times higher than that of the traditional ceramic sensor,and the frequency response range is extended to 400 kHz.This study provides an innovative solution for the online monitoring technology of generators,which not only significantly improves the real-time monitoring capability of insulation status,but also lays the foundation for the safe operation of power equipment,demonstrating important ap-plication prospects.
