文章聚焦人工智能技术与新农科人才培养的深度融合,阐释了新农科人才培养的发展历程,通过对2022-2024 年教育部及广东省新增本科专业备案与审批的数据进行统计分析,展现新农科引导性专业设置在政策驱动下呈稳定增长的趋势.以仲恺农业工程学院的实践为例,系统构建了人工智能赋能新农科人才培养的"六维度"育人体系,即专业设置、培养目标定位、课程体系构建、实践平台搭建、师资队伍培育和产教融合深化,并通过学校仲华基因科技产业学院和虚拟仿真实验平台等典型案例进一步论证说明,对于地方院校新农科人才培养模式改革具有较强的启发与借鉴意义,为推进农业教育现代化提供理论参考和实践指导.

This article focuses on the deep integration of artificial intelligence(AI)technology and tal-ent cultivation in the New Agricultural Sciences.It elucidates the developmental trajectory of new agri-cultural talent cultivation and,through statistical analysis of newly approved undergraduate programs filed and authorized by the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province from 2022 to 2024,reveals a steady growth trend in policy-driven guiding programs for New Agricultural Sciences.Using the prac-tices of Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering as a case study,the study systematically constructs a"six-dimensional"education system for AI-empowered new agricultural talent cultivation,encompassing program establishment,training objective positioning,curriculum system design,practical platform development,faculty capacity building,and deepened industry-education integration.Case stud-ies such as the Zhong-Hua College of Gene Science and Technology Industry and virtual simulation ex-perimental platforms further substantiate the model.This research offers significant insights and refer-ences for reforming talent cultivation models in local institutions,providing theoretical and practical guidance for advancing the modernization of agricultural education.
