为筛选出抗大口黑鲈虹彩病毒(LMBV)的中草药并探究其对鳜的抗病毒效果,本研究选取了土茯苓(Smilax glabra Roxb)、鸡骨草(Abrus herb)、荷叶(Nelumbinis folium)、连翘(Forsythin suspensa)、金银花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)、杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides)、蒲公英(Taraxacum mongolicum)、五味子(Schisandra chinensis)、鱼腥草(Hout-tuynia cordata Thunb.)、金钱草(Dichondra micrantha Urban.)10 味中草药对LMBV进行了体外抗病毒实验,并挑选抗LMBV效果较好的鸡骨草单独或与贝莱斯芽孢杆菌GY65 联合进行了鱼体实验.结果显示:(1)鸡骨草表现出对LMBV较好的阻断、杀灭作用.(2)GY65 发酵鸡骨草水提液后可提高其总黄酮含量14.10%、总酚含量5.64%.(3)攻毒第7天,GY65 发酵鸡骨草水提液组(ZG)鳜死亡率最低(20.83%),显著低于对照组(37.5%).(4)组织学分析表明,鸡骨草水提液及其发酵物可有效减轻LMBV对鳜肠道和肝脏损伤,并上调补体成分 3(C3)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白介素 8(IL-8)的含量.研究表明,鸡骨草水提液具有较强的抗 LMBV作用,经贝莱斯芽孢杆菌GY65 发酵后效果更佳.

Largemouth bass virus(LMBV)has long posed a severe threat to the development of aquaculture.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is characterised by low toxicity and minimal residues,and can also en-hance immunity and strengthen resistance against viruses.This study aimed to screen TCM against LMBV ac-tivity.The antiviral experiments were conducted both in EPC cells and in Siniperca chuatsi to explore the effects of 10 TCM monomers,such as Smilacis glabrae rhizoma、Abrus herb、Nelumbinis folium、Forsythia suspense、Lonicera ja-ponica thunb、Eucommia ulmoides、Taraxacum mongolicum、Schisandra chinensis、Houttuynia cordata thunb、Dichondra mi-crantha urban.Abrus herb exhibited superior activity against LMBV activity;it was selected for subsequent fish tri-als.The results showed that Abrus herb and Lonicera japonica Thunb had good effects against LMBV.S.chinensis,A.herb,H.cordata Thunb,T.mongolicum,N.Folium,and D.micrantha Urban showed good effects against LMBV.In con-clusion,A.herb had the best against LMBV effect among the ten TCM.To further investigate the efficacy of combining TCM with probiotics.Based on cellular experiments,Abrus herb and GY65 were selected for the eval-uation against LMBV in Siniperca chuatsi.The results showed that Fermentation of A.herb by B.velezensis GY65 increased the total flavonoid content by 14.10%and the total phenolic content by 5.64%.After 7 days of chal-lenge,the cumulative mortality in the group treated with the fermented extract of Abrus herb and B.velezensis GY65(ZG)was 20.83%,significantly lower than that of the control group(37.5%).Histopathological anal-ysis revealed that both the water extract and its fermented product effectively alleviated LMBV-induced damage to the intestinal and hepatic tissues of S.chuatsi,while upregulating the expression of immune-related genes,in-cluding complement C3,IgM,and IL-8.The results indicate that Abrus herb water extract possesses strong ac-tivity against LMBV,and its efficacy is further enhanced after fermentation with B.velezensis GY65.In conclu-sion,A.herb has sound antiviral effects against LMBV and can be used as an effective means of field control of LMBV with significant application value and prospects for promotion.
