长江上游珍稀特有鱼类国家级自然保护区干流江段圆口铜鱼资源现状及保护建议OA
Resource status and conservation recommendations for Coreius guichenoti in the mainstream of the National Nature Reserve for rare and endemic fish in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River
为了解圆口铜鱼(Coreius guichenoti)在长江上游珍稀特有鱼类国家级自然保护区干流江段的资源变化趋势及保护前景,本研究基于 2007-2025 年圆口铜鱼长期监测数据,分析了该区域的圆口铜鱼种群历史变化过程.结果显示,保护区干流圆口铜鱼单位捕捞努力量渔获量(CPUE)、渔获物重量占比和出现率均呈现出分阶段显著下降趋势,但渔获物中圆口铜鱼的平均体长和平均体质量整体呈现增加趋势.在 2025 年调查中,首次在保护区长江干流江段发现圆口铜鱼受精卵,证明该江段形成了新的圆口铜鱼产卵场.鉴于圆口铜鱼已能在长江上游珍稀特有鱼类国家级自然保护区干流段完成自然繁殖过程,建议加强对长江干流段的圆口铜鱼关键栖息地的系统调查与针对性保护,在深入探究圆口铜鱼自然繁殖生态条件的基础上,持续推进圆口铜鱼的大规模增殖放流及放流效果评估,以促进圆口铜鱼在保护区江段的有效保护与种群稳步恢复.
Coreius guichenoti is an endemic fish species in the upper Yangtze River and was once one of the main e-conomic fish species in this region.In recent years,with the development of cascade hydropower projects throughout the upper Yangtze River basin,the distribution range of this species and its key habitats,such as spawning grounds,have sharply decreased,leading to a continuous decline in its wild population.To understand the resource dynamics and conservation prospects of Coreius guichenoti in the mainstream of the National Nature Reserve for Rare and Endemic Fish in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,this study conducted a trend a-nalysis based on long-term fish resource monitoring data from 2007 to 2025.The results revealed that the catch per unit effort(CPUE),proportion in total catch weight,and occurrence rate of C.guichenoti in the mainstream of the reserve exhibited a significant phased decline.However,the average body length and weight of the cap-tured individuals generally increased.In the 2025 survey,fertilized eggs of C.guichenoti were discovered for the first time in the mainstream section of the Yangtze River within the reserve,confirming the formation of a new spawning ground in this reach.Given that the species is now capable of natural reproduction within the main-stem of the Yangtze River within the reserve,it was recommended to enhance the investigation and protection of its key habitats in this section.Furthermore,based on in-depth research into the ecological conditions required for its natural reproduction,large-scale stock enhancement,and the evaluation of its effectiveness,these activities should be continuously promoted to facilitate effective protection and population recovery of Coreius guichenoti within the reserve region.
