Design and Application of an Automated Loading/Unloading System for New Energy Batteries

针对18650电池检测环节存在的人工操作强度大、安全隐患突出等问题,本文研究开发了基于六轴工业机器人的智能上下料与自动化检测系统.通过集成工业机器人、末端执行机构与移动地轨,构建了复合上下料系统;并采用网络通讯实现机器人、智能温控箱组、电池检测设备与模块化托盘之间的协同控制,从而完成从抓取、搬运到检测的全流程自动化作业.经 500 次连续性测试,系统单次上下料时间稳定在 40.7 秒左右,上下料合格率为 100%.结果表明,该系统能够有效提升18650电池检测的自动化水平与作业安全性.

In response to issues such as high manual operation intensity and significant safety risks in the 18650 battery testing process,this study developed an intelligent loading/unloading and automated detection system based on a six-axis industrial robot.By integrating an industrial robot,end-effector,and mobile ground rail,a composite loading/unloading system was constructed.Network communication was adopted to achieve coordinated control among the robot,intelligent temperature-controlled chamber group,battery testing equipment,and modular pallets,thereby realizing fully automated operations from grasping and transporting to testing.Through 500 consecutive tests,the system's single loading/unloading time remained stable at approximately 40.7 seconds,with a loading/unloading qualification rate of 100%.The results indicate that the system can effectively enhance the level of automation and operational safety in 18650 battery testing.
