配电网源荷承载力协同评估及提升方法OA
Collaborative Assessment and Enhancement Method for Source-Load Hosting Capacity of Distribution Network
随着分布式电源与电动汽车等负荷的规模化接入,配电网的运行状态发生了较大改变,如何对配电网承载力进行准确评估并采用合适的方案予以提升成为值得研究的问题.针对缺乏有效的配电网源荷承载力协同评估方法的问题,提出台区"源荷承载域"的概念及考虑配电网整体最大源荷接入量的计算方法;针对配电网承载力提升方法考虑网络层级不全面、规模化多元分布式柔性资源灵活性利用不足的问题,提出了计及"台区-馈线-变电站"多层级约束的配电网多区域柔性资源规划-运行协同优化模型,并将其解耦为双层,采用分布式算法求解得到基于柔性资源配置和调控的承载力提升方案.算例表明,所提评估方法可实现对配电网源荷承载力的协同评估,且相比于传统方法其评估更加准确、灵活;所提提升方法可较为经济地提升配电网承载力,且促进新能源就地消纳与减少配电资产的浪费,并通过引入分布式求解算法提高了模型的求解效率与可行性.
With the large-scale integration of distributed power sources and loads like electric vehicles,the operating status of the distribution network has undergone significant changes.How to accurately assess the hosting capacity of the distribution network and adopt appropriate solutions to enhance it has become a problem worthy of studying.In view of the lack of effective collaborative assessment method for source-load hosting capacity of distribution network,the concept of"source-load hosting domain"of the distribution station area and the calculation method considering the overall maximum source-load access volume of the distribution network are proposed.Aiming at the problems of incomplete consideration of network hierarchy and insufficient utilization of scalable multiple distributed flexible resources in the hosting capacity enhancement methods for the distribution network,a multi-area flexible resource planning-operation co-optimization model of distribution network taking into account the multi-layer constraints of distribution station area,feeder line and substation is proposed.It is then decoupled into a two-layer model,and a distributed algorithm is used to obtain the hosting capacity enhancement scheme based on the allocation and regulation of flexible resources.Cases show that the proposed method can realize the collaborative assessment for the source-load hosting capacity of the distribution network,and it is more accurate and flexible than the traditional method.The proposed enhancement method can economically enhance the hosting capacity of the distribution network,promote the on-site consumption of renewable energy,reduce the waste of distribution assets,and improve the efficiency and feasibility of the model by introducing distributed solving algorithms.
