电流限幅环节显著影响构网型变流器并网暂态同步特性.与单一轴系(d轴或q轴)电流限幅不同,环形电流限幅能兼顾系统有功、无功调节需求,是工程设计中的重要类型,但其作用下设备并网的暂态同步稳定特性尚不清晰.首先,文中研究了环形电流限幅对基于虚拟同步机控制的构网型变流器并网暂态同步的影响机制,指出环形电流限幅作用期间,变流器虚拟功角与其内电势和电网电压相量的夹角间存在跳变,导致变流器呈现出相位时变的电流源特性.然后,提出了一种计及阻尼项的极限切除角计算方法,分析了构网型变流器并网的暂态同步稳定性,发现限流期间变流器的虚拟功角曲线为一簇平移量时变的余弦曲线群,并且电流限幅值减小会恶化其并网暂态同步稳定性.最后,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性.

The transient synchronization characteristics of grid-forming converters with grid connection are significantly affected by the current limiting unit.Unlike single-axis(d-axis or q-axis)current limiting,the circular current limiting is able to balance both active and reactive power regulation demands,making it a critical type in the engineering design.However,the transient synchronization stability characteristics of grid-connected devices under its influence are still unclear.First,this paper studies the influence mechanism of circular current limiting on the transient synchronization of grid-forming converters with grid connection based on virtual synchronous generator control.It is demonstrated that during the circular current limiting period,there is a jump between the virtual power angle of the converter and the angle of its internal potential and the grid voltage phasor,resulting in the converter exhibiting time-varying phase characteristics as a current source.Then,a calculation method for critical clearing angle considering damping terms is proposed,and the transient synchronization stability characteristics of grid-forming converters with grid connection are further analyzed.It is found that the virtual power angle curves of the converter during the current limiting period are a group of cosine curves with time-varying offsets.Moreover,reduced current limiting thresholds will deteriorate the transient synchronization stability margins of the converters with grid connection.Finally,simulation results validate the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
