归芪参甘散对育肥牛生长性能、血清生化、部分免疫和抗氧化指标的影响OA

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Guiqi Shengan Powder on the growth per-formance,serum biochemical indices,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of Simmental fattening cattle.Thirty-two Simmental cattle with an average body weight of 540+7 kg were randomly assigned to four groups(A,B,C,and D).Group A was fed a basal diet only,while Groups B,C,and D were supplemen-ted with 70,80,and 90 g/head/day of Guiqi Shengan Powder,respectively.The experiment lasted for 45 days.At the end of the trial,growth performance,serum biochemical indices,immunological parameters and antioxidant indicators were measured.The results showed that cattle in Group C had significantly high-er ADG and serum levels of IGF-1,T4,COR,C3,C4,TNF-α,and T-AOC compared with Group A(P＜0.01).Furthermore,the levels of GH,AMS,Lipase,Cellulase,Protease,IgA,IgM,IgG,and reduced GSH in Group C were significantly elevated(P＜0.05).Notably,serum levels of IL-1β and F:G in Group C were significantly reduced(P＜0.01),and levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were also decreased(P＜0.05).Although fi-nal body weight(FBW)and T3 levels in Group C showed an upward trend compared to Group A,the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 80 g/head/day of Guiqi Shengan Powder exhibits significant advantages in promoting growth and enhancing the immune function of Simmental fattening cattle.
