肝脏脂肪定量是评估肝脏健康的关键指标,对于诊断脂肪肝、监测代谢健康以及评估营养状况具有重要意义.核磁共振定量技术(qNMR)凭借其无创性、高精度和高分辨率的优势,成为肝脏脂肪定量的首选手段.本文综述了qNMR的技术原理、应用方法及其在动物肝脏代谢疾病研究中的重要性,分析了其技术优势与局限性,并探讨了未来的研究方向,以期为动物肝脏脂肪沉积相关疾病的早期诊断与精准治疗提供新的思路.
Liver fat quantification is a crucial indicator for assessing liver health,playing a vital role in diag-nosing fatty liver,monitoring metabolic health,and evaluating nutritional status.Quantitative nuclear mag-netic resonance(qNMR)has emerged as the preferred method for liver fat quantification due to its non-in-vasive nature,high accuracy,and high resolution.This review provides an overview of the technical princi-ples and application methods of qNMR and its significance in the study of metabolic diseases of animal liv-ers,while also analyzing its strengths and limitations,and exploring future research directions to offer new insights and approaches for the early diagnosis and precise treatment of liver fat deposition-related disea-ses.
