细菌性奶牛乳房炎是一种常见且对奶牛业造成巨大经济损失的疾病.MicroRNA(miRNA)作为一种内源性非编码RNA,其功能是调节基因表达,影响细胞和组织的生理机能.研究表明miRNA在奶牛乳房炎中具有重要调节作用,可以影响乳腺组织的免疫应答、细胞凋亡和增殖等生物学过程.论文主要综述了miRNA在细菌性奶牛乳房炎中的差异表达、调控机制等研究进展,有助于更全面、更深入地了解该病的发病机制,从而为检测、预防和治疗细菌性奶牛乳房炎提供新的思路.

Bacterial bovine mastitis is a common disease that causes significant economic losses to the dairy industry.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)could regulate gene expression and influence the physiological functions of cells and tissues as endogenous non-coding RNAs.In recent years,studies have shown that miRNAs play important regulatory roles in bovine mastitis,affecting biological processes such as immune responses,cell apoptosis,and proliferation in mammary tissues.This article reviews the research progress on the differen-tial expression and regulatory mechanisms of miRNAs in bacterial bovine mastitis,which helps to provide a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of this disease,thereby offering new insights for the detection,prevention,and treatment of bacterial bovine mastitis.
