职业本科教育肩负着服务产业转型升级、推动新质生产力发展的重要使命,但当前人才培养过程面临着教育端与产业端的适配性错位、科技端与人才端的协同性梗阻、政策端与评价端的系统性欠缺三重结构性矛盾.产科教融合赋能职业本科人才培养,具有以科技创新驱动人才认知的转变、以复杂工程促进问题解决能力的提升、以真实项目实现核心技能的迁移多维价值意蕴.其作用机理表现为目标层通过价值共构澄明人才定位,载体层依托技术嵌入驱动专业建设,过程层利用场域融通变革教学模式,反馈层借由多元协同优化评价体系.因此,产科教融合赋能职业本科人才培养可从优化顶层设计,凝聚跨界共识的人才培养模式;促进资源转化,构建校企科协同赋能的知识供给载体;实现场域融通,打造虚实结合的研训教学模式;强化动态监测,健全多元协同的质量评价体系等实践路径,推动教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的深度融合,实现高质量职业本科育人体系与产业持续升级的双向赋能.

Undergraduate level vocational education undertakes the important mission of serving industrial transformation and upgrading and promoting the development of new quality productive forces.However,the current talent cultivation process faces triple structural contradictions:the mismatch between the education and industrial sectors,the synergy gap between the science and talent sectors,and the systemic deficiency between the policy and evaluation sectors.Empowering talent cultivation in undergraduate level vocational education through integration of industry,science and education holds multi-dimensional value implications:driving a shift in talent perception through science and technology innovation,enhancing problem-solving capabilities through complex engineering projects,and achieving the transfer of core skills through real-world projects.Its functional mechanism operates at four levels:at the objective level,clarifying talent positioning through value co-creation;at the carrier level,driving specialty construction through technology embedding;at the process level,transforming teaching models by integrating learning environments;and at the feedback level,optimizing the evaluation system through multi-stakeholder synergy.Therefore,the practical paths for integration of industry,science and education to empower talent cultivation in undergraduate level vocational education include:optimizing top-level design to consolidate a talent cultivation model with cross-boundary consensus;promoting resource transformation to build a knowledge supply carrier co-empowered by universities,enterprises,and the science and technology sectors;achieving environmental integration to create a model combining research and training in virtual and real contexts;and strengthening dynamic monitoring to perfect a multi-collaborative quality evaluation system.These paths aim to integrate the education chains and the talent chains with the industrial chains and the innovation chains,achieving mutual empowerment between a high-quality undergraduate level vocational education system and continuous industrial upgrading.
