教育强国建设背景下高职院校有组织教科研的目标指向与推进路径OA

In the context of building China into a leading country in education,systematically promoting organized teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges is a key measure to strengthen their capacity to serve national strategies and improve the quality of highly skilled talent cultivation.As a practical paradigm for the systematic and institutional integration between teaching and scientific research,organized teaching and scientific research is not only an internal need to drive the transformation of the knowledge production mode in vocational education,but also a practical need to enhance the core school-running capacity of higher vocational colleges,and a strategic need to serve economic and social development.Therefore,organized teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges should serve as a key supporting force for national strategies and industrial upgrading,realize adaptive cultivation of highly skilled talent,form regional highlands for technological and skill innovation,and foster an excellent double-qualified teachers.To achieve these goals,higher vocational colleges should strengthen concept guidance to build a symbiotic culture of integrated education;restructure the organizational system to establish collaborative platforms supporting organized teaching and scientific research;improve operational mechanisms to open up key channels for two-way transformation between teaching and scientific research;empower teacher development to build a backbone team for the integration between teaching and scientific research;and deepen evaluation reform to establish an orientation that values practical performance and promotes development.
