现行的近岸海域海洋垃圾监测方法费时费力,监测范围有限,只能局部采样而无法定性分析;现行的垃圾分类法按照垃圾尺寸或材质进行分类,对垃圾溯源与治理具有局限性.基于无人机遥感影像识别海洋垃圾,获取垃圾的分布范围;建立了根据行业和用途的垃圾分类体系,对海洋垃圾进行归纳分类;并通过垃圾分布密度评价海洋垃圾治理成效.利用该方法对三都澳近岸海域海洋垃圾进行遥感信息提取、分析与评价,实现了精准治理,有利于责任归属部门从源头管控.

The current marine debris monitoring methods in nearshore waters are time-consuming and labor-intensive,with limited monitoring scope restricted to localized sampling and lacking qualitative analysis capabilities.The current marine debris classification systems based on size or material properties also exhibit significant limitations in tracing pollution sources and treatment.We used the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)remote sensing images to identify marine debris,and then established a novel classification framework based on industrial origin and functional use.Finally,we used the distribution density of debris to evaluate the effectiveness of marine debris management.We used this method to extract,analyze and evaluate the remote sensing information of marine debris in the nearshore waters of Sandu'ao,achieving precise manage-ment,which was conducive to the control of responsible departments from the source.
