教育强国建设背景下高等职业教育适应性发展路径OA

As an important part of China's modern education system,the adaptive development of higher vocational education is an important support for building China into a leading country in education.Under the new situation,the adaptability of higher vocational education is affected by multiple factors.In order to clarify the correlation between various factors and explore its adaptive development path,this paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2019 to 2023 for dynamic QCA analysis,and explores the linkage effect of conditional variables such as college scale,practical resources,education investment,teacher structure and number of class hours taught by dual-qualified teachers on the adaptability of higher vocational education in the three dimensions of WSR.The analysis results show that a single conditional variable does not constitute a necessary condition for the adaptability of higher vocational education;the adaptive development of higher vocational education has four configuration paths:WR synergy,SR synergy,WSR linkage and R leading,and shows dynamic and spatial heterogeneity.To enhance the adaptability of higher vocational education,it is essential to strengthen practical resources and promote the iterative improvement of teachers'capabilities;increase educational investment to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of teacher development;focus on the alignment of key elements to synergistically drive strong adaptability;optimize the teachers'structure and integrate resources to maximize effectiveness.
