教育数字化背景下教师口语表达智慧课程建设的探索与实践OA

Guided by the national strategy for the digital transformation of education,deep integration of artificial intelligence and higher normal education has become an inevitable trend.As a compulsory course for cultivating normal students'core professional skills,"Teachers'Oral Expression"currently faces prominent problems,including fragmented teaching content,insufficient digital and intelligent resources,tight class hours,inadequate formative assessment,and restricted personalized development due to standardized teaching.In response,based on the characteristics of multi-major normal student training,the course team has carried out systematic curriculum innovation and construction focusing on intelligent reform.The team has updated four core concepts such as Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and individualized teaching,reconstructed a training-task-oriented knowledge system,established a course knowledge graph and a three-level problem graph,optimized the"online-offline-online"closed-loop teaching path,and improved a diversified evaluation mechanism covering evaluation subjects,content,methods and feedback.The teaching pilot in the autumn of 2025 shows that this construction scheme has significantly improved normal students'core abilities such as oral expression and teaching practice,enhanced teaching efficiency,and provided a referential and practical paradigm for the intelligent reform of similar practical courses in normal education.
