Vocational education going global,by leveraging its advantages in enhancing the international influence of vocational education and promoting the high-quality development of domestic vocational education,has become a pivotal path for empowering building China into a leading country in education.It serves as an outpost for major-country diplomacy,a key engine driving the optimization of the vocational education system,and a significant bridge facilitating mutual development.However,in practice,vocational education going global still faces practical challenges such as insufficient educational institutional coordination,weak educational platform support,and limited content adaptability in vocational education.In response,efforts should focus on three areas:strengthening vocational education institutional coordination,consolidating platform support,and deepening content adaptability.By establishing cross-departmental coordination and long-term governance mechanisms,building integrated resource and data-sharing systems,and promoting standard-setting and localised integrated innovation,China can continuously expand the international influence of its vocational education,thereby providing more robust support for building China into a leading country in education.
