高技能人才集群培养导向下高职学生实习变革的逻辑建构OA

The program of cluster cultivation of highly skilled talent is an important measure to implement the strategy of building a leading country in education and innovate the talent cultivation paradigm of vocational education,which puts forward systemic reform requirements for higher vocational students internship.Based on social structural theory,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the internship reform for higher vocational students under the guidance of cluster cultivation of highly skilled talent.Around the overall analytical framework of structural condition-subject action-generation of practical cluster,at the goal logic level,it realizes the identity shift from marginal participation to legitimate participation,the functional reconstruction from a single employment orientation to serving regional development,and the institutional upgrade from phased training to continuous supply.At the structural logic level,it manifests as the overall reconstruction of three core structures:internship subjects,tasks,and knowledge,supported by a rules and resource system.Based on this,at the action logic level,a symbiotic internship community can be created through networked collaboration;scenario-based education can be promoted to accurately meet the needs of industrial development;and digital support can be strengthened to build an intelligent internship governance ecosystem.
