面向轻量化的转向器支架拓扑优化研究OA
Study on the Topology Optimization of Lightweight Steering Gear Bracket
结构拓扑优化设计是汽车轻量化的有效方式.本文采用高强韧356Y.1挤压铸造铝合金代替YL113高压压铸铝合金,并通过两次拓扑优化设计得到最终356Y.1挤压铸造铝合金转向器支架轻量化模型.结果表明:与YL113 铝合金转向器支架相比,拓扑优化后的 356Y.1 挤压铸造铝合金转向器支架能够在满足安全系数的同时实现 32.2%的整体结构减重.
Structural topology optimization is an effective approach to automotive lightweighting.In this research,high-strength and tough 356Y.1 squeeze-cast aluminum alloy is used to replace YL113 high-pressure die-cast aluminum alloy,and the final lightweight model of the 356Y.1 squeeze-cast aluminum alloy steering gear bracket is obtained through two rounds of topology optimization.The results show that,compared with the YL113 aluminum alloy steering gear bracket,the topology-optimized 356Y.1 squeeze-cast aluminum alloy steering gear bracket achieves a 32.2%reduction in overall structural weight while meeting the required safety factor.
