In the context of cluster cultivation of highly skilled talent,through-train cultivation in vocational education has shifted from formal connectivity to boundary-spanning collaboration,driven by national strategies,industrial upgrading,and individual development needs.Its value content is reflected in reshaping talent positioning via through-train cultivation that supports cluster cultivation,reorganizing content through curriculum and teaching aligned with cluster technology chains,and promoting competence development through action-oriented learning integrated into cluster ecosystems.Its generative logic includes endogenous laws such as the progression of vocational action competence oriented to cluster competency profiles,the construction of working process knowledge,and the integration of learning and working contexts,as well as exogenous driving forces comprising the upgrading of industrial clusters,accelerated iteration of cluster technologies,restructuring of cluster jobs,and transformation of career development.To enable through-train cultivation in vocational education to substantially support the cluster cultivation of highly skilled talent,a four-dimensional practical approach should be systematically established:anchor specialty construction to align with industrial cluster profiles and establish dynamic adjustment and connection mechanisms for specialties;reconstruct curriculum and teaching to connect with cluster technical standards and implement task-based curricula and action-oriented teaching;innovate evaluation mechanisms to meet cluster competency needs and build a skill-based comprehensive evaluation system;and deepen collaborative governance to connect with cluster ecosystem governance and promote the operation of integration between industry and education intermediaries.
