中高本一体化教材建设何以支撑高技能人才集群培养OA
How Can the Construction of Integrated Textbooks Across Secondary,Higher and Undergraduate Level Vocational Education Support the Cluster Cultivation of Highly Skilled Talent
在新型工业化与现代产业体系加速构建的背景下,高技能人才集群培养已成为职业教育高质量发展的关键议题.高技能人才集群培养对职业教育教材体系提出了新要求,要从"技能型个体供给"向"技能型集群供给"转变,这也是产业集群升级对技能结构连续性的内在需求,并要体现教材在产业集群形成中的重要地位.基于高技能人才成长规律与产业集群对技能结构的系统性需求,从"能力进阶—教材结构—协同育人"三个层面,系统阐释中高本一体化教材建设在支撑高技能人才集群培养过程中,对于技能积累、能力分层与群体协同的内在机理.中高本一体化教材不仅是纵向衔接的教学载体,更是推动技能形成由单点突破转向系统集成的关键制度工具.基于此,中高本一体化教材建设应以核心能力进阶重构教材内容结构、以专业大类为单元推进教材协同开发、以产教共同体机制保障教材持续迭代,这是推动高技能人才集群培养的重要路径.
Against the backdrop of accelerating new industrialization and the rapid development of a modern industrial system,the cluster cultivation of highly skilled talent has emerged as a key issue in the high-quality development of vocational education.This transformation places new demands on the textbooks system of vocational education,it is necessary to shift from the supply of skill-based individuals to the supply of skill-based clusters.Such a shift reflects the inherent demand for continuity in skill structures generated by the upgrading of industrial clusters,while also underscoring the important role of textbooks in the formation of industrial clusters.Drawing on the developmental patterns of highly skilled talent and the systematic requirements that industrial clusters impose on skill structures,this paper provides a systematic explanation,from the three dimensions of competence progression,textbooks structuring,and collaborative talent cultivation,of the internal mechanisms through which the construction of integrated textbooks across secondary,higher and undergraduate level vocational education supports the cluster cultivation of highly skilled talent,particularly in relation to skill accumulation,tiered competence development,and collective coordination.Integrated textbooks across secondary,higher and undergraduate level vocational education is not merely instructional vehicles for vertical articulation;they also function as crucial institutional instruments for transforming skill formation from fragmented,point-based advancement into systematic and integrated development.On this basis,the paper proposes three major pathways:restructuring textbooks content around the progressive development of core competencies,promoting collaborative textbooks construction by broad disciplinary and professional categories,and ensuring the continuous iteration of textbooks through industry-education community mechanisms.These pathways constitute essential approaches to advancing the cluster cultivation of highly skilled talent.
