利用多源数据识别与评估镇江市商业中心OA

Identification and Evaluation of Commercial Centers in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province,China Based on Multi-source Data

以镇江市为研究对象,针对城市化进程中的商业空间优化问题,整合城市国土空间监测数据、高德POI、人口栅格和OSM路网等多源数据,构建了一套商业中心识别与发展的多维评估技术流程.利用自适应核密度分析、交通网络覆盖评估和小区步行圈多核建模等方法,识别出镇江市"一核五区"的商业空间格局.针对现有商圈存在的业态同质化、公共服务配套不足、远郊设施薄弱等问题,提出了系列优化建议,以推动镇江市区商业高质量发展,为长三角同类城市商业空间优化提供理论支撑与实践参考.

Taking Zhenjiang City as the research object,focusing on the issue of commercial space optimization in the process of urbanization,we integrated multi-source data such as urban territorial spatial monitoring data,Amap POI,population grids,and OpenStreetMap to establish a set of multi-dimensional evaluation technical processes for commercial center identification and development.We used adaptive kernel density analysis,traffic network coverage assessment,and multi-core modeling of residential walking circles methods to identify the commercial spatial pattern of"one core and five zones"in Zhenjiang City.According to the problems such as homogeneous business formats,insufficient public service facilities,and weak facilities in remote suburban areas,we proposed a series of optimization suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Zhenjiang's commercial sector,which could offer valuable theoretical insights and practical guidance for the optimization of commercial spaces in other Yangtze River Delta cities.
