Research on the Synergy Mechanism Between Project Management and Engineering Supervision in the Whole-Process Engineering Consultation Model
随着我国工程建设模式的深度变革,全过程工程咨询已成为行业创新发展的重要方向.文章聚焦于全过程工程咨询中项目管理与工程监理的协同机制,深入分析了二者在法律定位、服务范围和工作重心方面的异同.研究表明,通过构建包含组织整合、流程优化、信息共享与合同管理的多维协同机制,能显著提升项目效率与质量.结合案例实践,进一步提出了实施这一协同机制的具体路径与对策,为推进全过程工程咨询的高质量发展提供了理论参考与实践指导.
With the profound transformation of China's engineering construction model,the whole-process engineering consultation has become an important direction for the innovative development of the industry.This paper focuses on the collaborative mechanism between project management and engineering supervision in the whole-process engineering consulting,and conducts an in-depth analysis on the similarities and differences between the two in terms of legal positioning,service scope and work focus.The research shows that by establishing a multi-dimensional collaborative mechanism that encompasses organizational integration,process optimization,information sharing and contract management,the efficiency and quality of projects can be significantly enhanced.Based on case practice,this paper further proposes the specific paths and countermeasures for implementing this collaborative mechanism,providing theoretical references and practical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of the whole-process engineering consultation.
