低空应用场景视角下基础设施工程全生命周期管理研究OA

文章以环北部湾广东水资源配置工程为例,提出将低空应用纳入工程全生命周期管理.低空技术在勘测、设计、施工与运维中构建持续的数据信息流,提升效率与风险管控,并通过信息可视化与实时监测显著改善公众认知与社会信任.研究表明,以基础设施为载体、以全过程协同为路径的低空技术融合模式,有效促进了低空经济从"场景适配"走向"系统嵌入",为低空经济与重大工程融合发展提供了可操作的实践框架.环北部湾广东水资源配置工程作为国家水网骨干工程、国家150项重大水利工程之一,在广东粤西地区发挥了低空技术在复杂线性工程中标准化应用、全过程数据贯通协同、智能巡检与公众可视化沟通等方面的先行示范作用,为低空应用在基础设施工程中的制度化推进与规模化复制提供了可推广的实践范式.

Taking Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project in Beibu Gulf as an example,the paper proposes to integrate low-altitude application technology into the whole life cycle management of the project.By establishing a continuous data flow across surveying,design,construction,and operation,the technology enhances efficiency and risk control.It also strengthens public awareness and social trust through visualized information and real-time monitoring.The research demonstrates that a model built on infrastructure as the carrier and whole-process collaboration as the pathway effectively shifts the low-altitude economy from"scene adaptation"to"system embedding".This offers a practical operational framework for integrating the low-altitude economy with major engineering projects.As a key national water network initiative and one of 150 national major water conservation projects,Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project in Beibu Gulf has pioneered the standardized use of low-altitude technology in complex linear projects,achieving integrated data collaboration,intelligent inspection,and public visual communication in western Guangdong.It provides a replicable model for institutionalizing and scaling low-altitude applications in infrastructure projects.
