柔性可穿戴活体表面冲击波测试系统设计OA

针对由于冲击波传播路径复杂特性传统测试活体生物附近地面冲击波超压代替活体真实感受到的冲击波会导致生物损伤与冲击波物理参数对应关系存在较大偏差问题,提出了通过柔性穿戴装置将压力传感器、无线存储测试装置穿戴于活体身上的总体技术方案,解决了压力传感器选型、多次重触发技术、电路低功耗设计、结构微型化设计、冲击波特征参数快速提取和柔性穿戴设计等关键技术,将柔性穿戴冲击波测试系统应用于活羊表面不同点位的冲击波超压测试.结果表明,系统工作可靠、安装方便,某型杀爆弹静爆时两个距离和某型火炮射击时活羊表面正面超压与地面位置超压比分别为 170.5%、119.8%和 52.7%,背面冲击波超压是正面的 46.6%、56.0%和 55.8%,活羊表面不同位置冲击波超压与地面冲击波超压差别较大.

To address the significant deviation in the correlation between biological injury and shock wave physical parameters caused by the complex propagation path of shock waves where traditional testing of groud overpressure near living organisms fails to accurately re-present the actual shock waves experienced by the organism,an overall technical solution is proposed.This solution involves mounting pressure sensors and wireless data acquisition devices onto the living body using a flexible wearable apparatus.Key technologies are overcome,including pressure sensor selection,multiple re-tringgering technology,low-power circuit desing,structure miniaturization desing,rapid extraction of shock wave characteristic parameters,and flexible wearable shock wave test system is then applied to measure shock wave overpressure at specific points on the body surface of live sheep.The results show that the system works reliably and is con-venient to install.In tests using a certain type of high explosive munition during static explosion tests at two distances,and during firing from a certain type of artillery,the ratios of frontal(facing the blast)overpressure measured on the sheep surface to that measured at the groud location are 170.5%,119.8%and 52.7%,respectively.The values of the back surface shock wave overpressure are 46.6%,56.0%,and 55.8%of the frontal values,respectively.These findings indicate that the shock wave overpressure at different surface posi-tions of live organisms differs significantly from the shock wave overpressure measured on the ground.
