提高压电冲击传感器固有频率方法研究OA

Research on the Method of Improving the Natural Frequency of Piezoelectric Shock Sensors

零漂是传感器产生测量误差的重要原因,若要提升传感器的测量精度,需要通过有效的方法来降低传感器的零漂.冲击传感器产生零漂的主要原因是承受了与其固有频率相近的频带外冲击加速度,目前有效降低冲击传感器零漂的方法是提高其的固有频率.建立了冲击传感器的有限元模型,结合冲击传感器的压电片、基座、质量块等结构特征,根据冲击传感器输出的信号特性,对材料的厚度、弹性模量、密度等各个影响因素进行了理论计算和仿真分析,得出了提高压电冲击传感器固有频率的方法.

Zero drift is an important cause of measurement errors in sensors,so reducing the zero drift is a significant measure to improve the measurement accuracy of sensors.The main reason for the zero drift of the impact sensor is that it is subjected to an out-of-band shock acceleration which is similar to its natural frequency,therefore increasing natural frequency is an effective method to reduce the zero drift of impact sensor currently.A finite element model of impact sensor is established.According to the output signal property of the impact sensor,and combined with the structural characteristics such as thickness,density and elastic modulus of the piezoelectric patches,the base and the mass block that make up the impact sensor,some theoretical calculations and numerical simulations have been done and a method to improve the natural frequency of the piezoelectric impact sensors is proposed in this paper.
