基于各向异性磁阻效应的闭环大电流传感器研制OA
Development of Closed Loop High Current Sensor Based on Anisotropic Magneto-Resistance Effect
针对高精度、低失调电流和温度漂移的大电流传感器市场需求,采用各向异性磁阻传感器HMC1061 和专用集成电路HEBRIDE,结合优化的磁芯设计,研制出CSNX1000 闭环大电流传感器.磁仿真和热仿真分析以及产品验证测试结果表明,该电流传感器各项技术指标达到设计要求,其额定测量电流为 1 000 A.t rms,相对精度为±0.4%,失调电流为±0.4 mA,失调电流温度漂移小于±0.2 mA,优于其他同等测量范围的大电流传感器.
For the market demand on high current sensors with performance like high accuracy,low offset current and low offset current temperature drift,CSNX1000 high current sensor is developed based on the anisotropic magnetoresistance(AMR)sensor of HMC1061,the application specific integrated circuit ASIC of HEBRIDE and optimized magnetic core design.The analysis of magnetic simulation and thermal simulation together with the product functional validation test results verify that the design meets the current sensor requirements specification,e.g.,the rated measuring current is 1000 A.t rms,DC accuracy is±0.4%,offset current is±0.4 mA,and offset current tem-perature drift is less than±0.2 mA is better than other type of high current sensors with same measuring range of primary current.
