基于多壁碳纳米管与液态金属协同作用的压力传感器制备与性能研究OA
Preparation and Performance of Pressure Sensor Based on the Synergistic Effect of Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes and Liquid Metal
与传统传感器相比,由于柔性传感器具有质量小、柔性化、可穿戴等特点而受到广泛关注.为了提高电阻式传感器在小的压力刺激下的灵敏度,设计了多孔结构的液态金属电阻式压力传感器.该传感器以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为柔性材料,液态金属(LM)与多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为导电填料.将三者混合,并通过糖模板法制备多孔弹性结构.以此为基础制备的LM/MWCNTs/PDMS电阻式压力传感器经测试,在 0~1 kPa的小压力刺激下,灵敏度可达 682.6 Pa-1,加载响应时间为130 ms,卸载响应时间为135 ms,并具有良好的稳定性.同时,对所制备的电阻式压力传感器实现了人体手腕关节与呼吸的检测,体现了其在健康监测领域的应用潜力.
Compared with traditional sensors,flexible sensors have been widely concerned because of their low quality,flexibility and wearability.In order to improve the sensitivity of resistive sensor under small pressure stimulation,a liquid metal resistive pressure sen-sor with porous structure is designed.The sensor uses polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)as flexible material,liquid metal(LM)and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)as conductive fillers.The porous elastic structure is prepared by mixing these three elements through sugar template method.The resistance pressure sensor LM/MWCNTs/PDMS prepared on this basis is tested,and the sensitivity reaches 682.6 Pa-1,the loading response time is 130 ms,and the unloading response time is 135 ms under the small pressure stimula-tion of 0~1 kPa,and it has good stability.At the same time,the prepared resistive pressure sensor realizes the detection of human wrist joint and respiration,which shows its application potential in the field of health monitoring.
