为提高鲜食玉米的包装效率,设计了一种可夹持一袋双穗玉米的送袋机构.规划送袋机构各部件尺寸与工作行程,在SolidWorks中完成机构整体建模;以MATLAB模拟送袋凸轮轮廓曲线,计算关键尺寸,完成凸轮建模;建立送袋机构执行部件数学模型,结合Adams进行动力学分析与仿真;进行整机生产试验,证明结构设计的合理性.结果表明,送袋机构可以夹持一袋双穗玉米,完成送袋工作,将玉米包装效率从60 穗/min提升至120 穗/min,成品合格率达到99.33%.研究为鲜食农产品真空包装效率的提升提供借鉴.

To improve the packaging efficiency of fresh corn,a bag-feeding mechanism capable of gripping two ears of corn per bag was designed.The dimensions and working strokes of the mechanism's components were planned,and the overall mechanism was modeled in SolidWorks.The cam profile curve for bag feeding was simulated using MATLAB,key dimensions were calculated,and the cam model was completed.A mathematical model of the mechanism's actuator was established,and dynamics analysis and simulation were performed using Adams.Full-scale production trials were conducted to validate the rationality of the structural design.The results show that the bag-feeding mechanism successfully grips and transports bags containing two ears of corn,increasing the packaging efficiency from 60 ears/min to 120 ears/min,with a qualified product rate reaching 99.33%.This research provides a reference for improving the vacuum packaging efficiency of fresh agricultural products.
