以番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)为试材,采用非灭菌与灭菌土壤盆栽试验,设不接种与接种AM真菌处理,研究了 AM真菌对番茄全生育期营养生长及果实品质的影响,以期为非灭菌土壤中AM真菌的实际应用提供参考依据.结果表明:接种AM真菌有效促进了番茄植株生长,其在灭菌条件下主要表现为株高增加,在非灭菌条件下主要表现为茎粗增加;同时,接种AM真菌显著提高了根系活力和叶片SPAD值,提升了气孔导度并降低胞间CO2浓度,从而增强光合作用;此外,AM真菌还增加了果实数量和单果质量,且在灭菌条件下上述促进效应更为明显.值得注意的是,接种AM真菌在灭菌条件下可显著提高果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,在非灭菌条件下则显著降低可滴定酸含量,从而均显著提高糖酸比.综上,在非灭菌条件下接种AM真菌仍可促进番茄植株生长并改善果实品质,尽管效果略低于灭菌条件;在实际生产中,建议采用AM真菌与有益细菌联合接种的策略,以进一步提升果实品质.

Taking tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)as test material,pot experiments with non-sterilized and sterilized soils was adopt,with or without inoculation of AM fungus(Rhizophagus irregularis),to investigate the effects of AM fungi on vegetative growth and fruit quality throughout the entire growth period,in order to provide reference for the practical application of AM fungi in non-sterilized soils.The results showed that AM inoculation effectively promoted tomato plant growth,mainly increasing plant height under sterilized conditions and stem diameter under non-sterilized conditions.Meanwhile,AM inoculation significantly enhanced root activity and leaf SPAD value,increased stomatal conductance and decreased intercellular CO2 concentration,thereby improving photosynthesis.In addition,AM inoculation increased fruit number and single fruit weight,with more pronounced promotion effects under sterilized conditions.It was worth noting that AM inoculation significantly increased soluble solid and soluble sugar contents in fruits under sterilized conditions,while significantly reducing titratable acid content under non-sterilized conditions,both leading to a significant increase in sugar acid ratio.In conclusion,AM inoculation in non-sterilized soils could still promote tomato growth and improve fruit quality,although the effects were slightly weaker than under sterilized conditions.In practical production,a combined inoculation strategy of AM fungi and beneficial bacteria was recommended to further enhance fruit quality.
