以'夏黑''户太''红提'3种葡萄叶浸提液为试材,设置(CK、0.005 g·mL-1、0.010 g·mL-1、0.020 g·mL-1)4个浓度处理,研究了浸提液与'四季快菜'小白菜种子、幼苗光合特性的关系,以期为优化葡萄与蔬菜间作模式提供参考依据.结果表明:'户太'和'红提'葡萄叶浸提液在0.005 g·mL-1浓度下,'四季快菜'发芽率分别比CK提高16%和8%;低浓度浸提液多表现为促进作用,如0.005 g·mL-1的'户太'叶浸提液使'四季快菜'根长、苗高、苗鲜质量显著增加;光合特性上,不同品种浸提液不同浓度处理对'四季快菜'光合指标影响各异,'户太'叶浸提液为0.010 g·mL-1浓度时,净光合速率较CK提高150.32%;'夏黑'叶浸提液为0.020 g·mL-1浓度时,净光合速率、水分利用率、气孔导度显著提升,分别较CK提高了 24.77%、102.51%和74.90%.不同品种化感效应差异显著,低浓度葡萄叶浸提液促进'四季快菜'生长发育及光合效率,'户太'叶浸提液在0.005 g·mL-1浓度时应用潜力较大.

Taking the leaf extracts of three grape varieties including Vitis vinifera'Summer Black','Hutai'and'Red Globe'as test materials,four concentration treatments(CK,0.005 g·mL-1,0.010 g·mL-1,0.020 g·mL-1)were set to study the relationship between the extracts and the photosynthetic characteristics of Brassica campestris'Sijikuaicai'seeds and seedlings,in order to provide reference for optimizing the grape-vegetable intercropping pattern.The results showed that under the concentration of 0.005 g·mL-1,the leaf extracts of'Hutai'and'Red Globe'increased the germination rate of'Sijikuaicai'by 16%and 8%compared with CK,respectively.Low-concentration extracts mostly showed a promoting effect;for instance,the 0.005 g·mL-1 leaf extract of'Hutai'significantly increased the root length,seedling height and seedling fresh weight of'Sijikuaicai'.In terms of photosynthetic characteristics,different concentrations of extracts from different varieties had distinct effects on the photosynthetic indexes of'Sijikuaicai'.When the concentration of'Hutai'leaf extract was 0.010 g·mL-1,the net photosynthetic rate was 150.32%higher than that of CK.At the concentration of 0.020 g·mL-1,the leaf extract of'Summer Black'significantly improved the net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency and stomatal conductance,which were 24.77%,102.51%and 74.90%higher than those of CK,respectively.There were significant differences in allelopathic effects among different grape varieties.Low-concentration grape leaf extracts promoted the growth and photosynthetic efficiency of'Sijikuaicai'.The'Hutai'leaf extract at the concentration of 0.005 g·mL-1 had great application potential.
