Comprehensive Evaluation of Substrate for Bottle Seedlings of Hybrid Orchids Based on Membership Function Method

以杂交兰GZ2-43出瓶苗为试材,采用相关性分析、主成分分析及隶属函数法,研究了 6种基质(树皮、秀珍菇菌渣、花生壳、椰糠、稻壳、珍珠岩)对杂交兰生长发育的影响,以期筛选出以农业废弃物为主要原料的栽培基质配方.结果表明:以10个生长指标为基础,通过主成分分析提取出2个特征值大于1的主成分,累计贡献率达到64.51%.S2处理的株高、鲜质量、叶长、叶片数、假鳞茎横径及纵径均显著高于CK(P<0.05),叶宽、SPAD、根数和根长与CK无显著差异.S2、S4、S3处理的综合评价系数高于CK(0.47),分别达0.70、0.54、0.51,均表现出较好的栽培效果.综上,杂交兰在S2处理下(即30%珍珠岩+70%花生壳)的生长状况最好,更适宜作为杂交兰出瓶苗的栽培基质.

Taking hybrid orchid GZ2-43 bottle seedlings as the test materials,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and membership function method were used,the effects of six substrate materials(bark,Pleurotus geesteranus residue,peanut shell,coconut coir,rice husk,and perlite)on the growth and development of hybrid orchid were employed,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of China's hybrid orchid industry and the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry waste.The results showed that principal component analysis of the 10 growth indicators yielded two principal components with eigenvalues exceeding 1,collectively explaining 64.51%of the total variance in the dataset.Plants treated with substrate S2 exhibited significantly greater(P<0.05)on plant height,fresh weight,leaf length,number of leaves,and the transverse and longitudinal diameters of pseudobulb compared to control(CK).However,no statistically significant differences were observed in terms of leaf width,SPAD values,root number and root length.The S2,S4,and S3 treatments demonstrated significantly higher comprehensive evaluation coefficients(0.70,0.54,and 0.51,respectively)compared to the control(0.47),indicating superior cultivation performance.In summary,the growth condition of hybrid orchids under S2 treatment(30%perlite+70%peanut shells)is the best,and it is more suitable as a cultivation substrate for bottle seedlings of hybrid orchids.
